Red NST ssk

I got it off a member here and just can't get used to it in my 08 LB.

It's the engine compartment NST short shifter.

I used it for exactly 2 weeks and can't get the hang of it. It's sitting in my desk ever since.

Install is easy. Takes like 2 minutes... pop the hood, pull off the old linkage, put this in, and put the old linkage onto the NST.

Selling it for exactly what I bought it at:

$65 + Shipping (preferably lower 48 USA)

Thanks.

Great price, GLWS. I have this and the shifter bushing kit on my '08 HB and I LOVE it! I'm finding myself wanting to go even shorter now...

Tentatively sold awaiting details.

Yeah... it's much shorter, but not unmanageable. I'm also planning to teach the wife how to drive stick, and I figure the ssk would stack the cards against her.

Did you try spraying the ssk and gear linkage with WD-40? Made it much easier to get used to...

I had used Honda Moly paste which is used on the rear shaft drive on my Goldwing. Slick stuff that doesn't break down in high heat.

Like I said, it's not unmanageable, but I just wasn't "wowed" by it. I was also worried that when I teach my wife to drive stick, it would ruin the experience for her.

Oh yeah... It's SOLD.

Please close thread.

Thanks.
