Mileage accuracy

I've noticed a few Yaris on the market all around 95K miles and it seems like an odd coincidence.

Is it easy to roll the miles back on a Yaris

(I do NOT want to know how, I just want to know it's easy for car dealers and private seller to do so)

((ya know, if it seems like too good a deal, it probably is kind of thing))

I mean, most cars with digital odometers can be messed with by someone who can program EEPROM chips. Including the Yaris.
