Cranking issues

2019 Yaris , when pressing start button it gives the sound as if starter is bad. I have had starter, battery, and alternator checked. Someone mentioned it might be timing chain, I know Toyota has pretty good timing chains, so I'm wondering if anybody else has had issues?
