They are readily available. You can also get custom urethane ones that are stiffer.

Remember that Brian will be installing the lip kit, so that damaged area will be gone. I'm sure he'll attend to the perfect hanging height when he fits the kit.

I don't think it would hit without the "S" lip. Even with it you can always make a small cut out.
Maybe 1/4" - 3/8" would be fine.

It should play with windows media player since that's what my blackberry uses. Maybe
someone can convert it.

It's a generic mobile video format, you can play this with QuickTime Player, and youtube can accept it natively too.
