How important are hub centric rings?

And where can i get them if they are?

I'm looking into some Rota rims but they have a hub bore of 67.1mm and our is 57.1mm.

thanks in advance!

You could get lugnuts that self center. If you dont run either you are going to get some serious vibration as the wheel wont be centered on the hub. Eventually you will get slotting of the lugnut holes.

i didnt think they sold lugs that werent centering. they all have the angled tip on them...unless you're just using any regular nuts you came across in the shop for emergency.

any way, if you're running lug nuts for aluminum wheels you wont 'need' centering rings. you will however need to re-torque the wheels after a fill up or two.

The yaris hub is actually 54.1mm just like the miata. You could pick up rings from most tire shops. I got some gorilla hubcentric rings from amazon.

The lug nuts should match the hole in the wheel. Tapered to tapered, flat to flat...

dust to ashes.....
