Best Looking Rims? - Yaris 3DR Hatch 07 - Sliver

HI all,

First Post!!!:)

First Mod on the car, I am looking at Putting new Rims on the 07 hatch.

I'm thinking 16". But what looks best with silver(sorry not sure of the name of the exact colour). Black or Silver rims? Possibly gold? I saw some XXR's that look amazing but they are hard to find in AUS. Let me know your thoughts.

Thanks, I'll have pics up shortly. Apologies ATM shes a little bit embarrassed...

Really comes down to personal preference to be honest. Silver works with a silver car, bronze would look good, I don't personally like black because they remind me of steelies at a distance. White also looks really good. As for actual style of rim, again it's really personal. I myself like either 5 or 6 spoke, or meshies. But XXR's look super hot as well. I say browse the forum, look at this thread: http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10477 And see what you like!

^ Watch me.

I like 16" wheels the best on the Yaris, but plenty of people do 15's or 17's. 16's help fill the wheel well without looking too large for the car.

On a silver car, I like gun metal colors the best. Black is good as well. A matching silver tends to lose itself against the car -- if you're going to buy aftermarket wheels, you want them to show, right?

Finally -- we are happy to ship internationally if you find something you cannot get in Australia. Good luck with the '07!

haha, that's why it's fun, we have our own ways. I say that picture proves my point - the wheels look great, but they don't stand out. It's all good!

Exactly! I think they look great and like them because they don't stick out... (you'd never see me rocking highlighter green rims, for example...)

I suppose this isn't the best question in the world: everyone will give a different answer!

But the good thing is we're providing him with answers.

My wheels are 16s and match the car's color. I like the "sleeper" look.

Edit: going for RPF1s now bright silver, so sort of sleeper with one eye open.
