Lightbulb How much MPG loss would putting a 1 or 2 inch lift kit on the yaris be?

I know it will reduce the MPG some but by how much?

Also, will a 2 inch lift kit make it top heavy enough to worry about rolling/flipping it?

lift vs roll will ALWAYS come down to TIRES, spring rates, wheel offsets shocks and swaybars, as well as driving style....so long as you go a lil wider and a lil stiffer it will be exactly the same

as for MPG thats going to be more effected by the rolling stock than the lift..sure youll lose atleast 1 to more air under the car but i doubt youd lose 2

At least 1mpg. I gained a few mpgs dropping mine but I also have full cover undertrays. I would look into at least putting a front skid plate/cover to smooth things out. You can cover the whole thing and it will probably be better mpg than stock with the lift. It really helps highway stability too.

You might gain some of it back with bigger tires. You'd lose acceleration, but will gain better top speed. Meaning less rotation per mile.
