Muffler...

Okay, so after I get my headers I am going to be looking to get a dual-tip muffler... I'm going to have a pipe custom-bent from the midpipe back to give me a center exit exhaust... your basic straight pipe, only I'm keeping the cat. No law breaking for me. I want to retain the stock exhaust diameter. Now, a couple questions.

[1] What is the stock diameter?

[2] Are there any sensors in the stock axle-back unit that will make this impossible?
(edit: answered my own question, there aren't any)

Damn I'd answer you if I was at home because I was just putting away the old muffler/exhaust.

If no one else answers you, I'll check when I get home.

I really doubt the Yaris exhaust is 2.25". It's probably like 1-7/8" or 2".

But fret not my friend, a competent exhaust shop could take care of that in a jiffy.

btw...that looks like the muff hasher's going for.

Vibrant's exhaust will be out soon if not already.

Megan Racing are making an exhaust too, but not sure when it's going to be out, or what one of their exhausts it uses

Vibrant is out - talked to a guy there in R&D and the intake was out in the summer and the exhaust is out in November or worst case the spring.

Using a ruler and looking at the aftermarket muffler it looks like about 1 3/4" but if you can wait until I can crawl up under the car to install this, I can give you a better idea.
