Connect the rpm signal to the beige wire at the obd port. At idle (600rpm) the rpm switch display fluctuates between 1700-2600.
The rpm switch is most likely faulty. I contacted the supplier and awaiting a response. I will connect an autometer rpm activated module at 3000rpm and test hopefully tom.

Installed the autometer rpm activation module today and the system works flawlessly. The pressure switch activates the fuel controller as soon as boost is detected. No ping is heard. Afr on aem gauge reads 11's to low 12's in boost.

Would have liked for the activation point to be lower than 3000rpm. Jegs is replacing the non functioning unit. Once I get the replacement ill set the clutch activation to 2000-2500 rpm.

With 92octane fuel, 1zz injectors and water meth spraying after the s/c I am still experiencing audible ping at partial throttle and wot even thou my aem afr gauge reads 10.5. My other performance mods are a fidanza flywheel and a k&n filter in the stock airbox.

Any suggestions? I am going to try some 95octane fuel but need to syphon out the 92 fuel tom.

NGK BKR7EIX is recommended with the Blitz.

Thanks CTScott I will pick up a set tom morning. The blitz S/C kit is exactly the little extra power this car needed. It would have been awesome if the yaris had this power from the factory.

Since you just confirmed that its too rich I have 3 options.

1. Install 1zz throttle body,

2. Reinstall 1nzfe injectors,

3. Use 100% water instead of 50/50 water/meth mixture.

What you guys think will be the best setup?

Althou I am using ngk7 plugs and 255cc 1zz injectors along with an aem water meth injection kit I am still experiencing audible detonation.

Any suggestions or recommendations?

My only mod is a fidanza flywheel and using an autometer rpm switch to activate the supercharger at 3k rpm.
