Or other model year within same generation. Really only need driver seat, but will take pair.

Hi Be_jammin... Have you considered a Yaris sedan seat? I have a yaris sedan seat in my car and it offers height adjustment and along with it a bit of tilt adjustment.... I can now sit much higher or lower than stock which is one of my favorite mods and has completely changed the feel of the car When at full height, the seat is tilted forward a bit and at full low it is tilted back.

I ALSO own an xD and I can tell you for a fact that they are NOT better, in fact I think it is much worse even then stock Yaris seats.

Also to consider... Have you thought of getting clazzio seat covers and putting padding under them? That way you hide the padding and get cool leather seats

Also also... You can always go to a good car interior specialist and they can customize the seats with stiffer foam pads in whatever places you need to better support your back.

also also also.... A lot of people including me have done the 'hip support mod' which is where you place some washers on the front seat bolts to tilt the seats back a bit... It is very slight but it does help a little.

I don't have any pics of my interior handy, but aside from seeing a sedan seat there isn't much info a pic would give anyway...

Hope this helps! Feel free to contact me if you need any more advice

My seats feel exactly the same as my old Yaris (must've been a hidden improvement for the final year probably). You may want to check to be sure the bolts and rails though just to be sure.
