Small meetup in Portland this Sunday the 16th
Just wanted to let anyone know who is in the area another YW member and I are getting together tomorrow to install my vinyl racing stripes and new yarisworld decals on my car, and just to hang out and kick it. This is an open invite to anyone in the area and it would be awesome to see some more of you there. Meeting time will be about noon in the Portland/Happy Valley/Clackamas/Milwaukie region, in the arby's parking lot located on the corner of SE 82nd Ave and King Rd. We will then leave to Beaverton to do the install and of course take lots and lots of pictures
So if you're close by and have nothing better to do we'd love to see you there. FREE YW decals for those who show up. |

I would've loved to have made it, but I'm going to watch the Green Bay/Chicago game at a bar. :-)
I am, however, going to change my oil today.

Ha. With our tanking dollar, almost would have been worth the drive rather than have purchased from ya Have fun.
My decals should be here any day now. Can't wait.

Well, I did get my oil changed, which is good. Hey Brandon -- any word on the price of those decals?

The Pack are great, even without that guy... Favre **shudder**. They had a GREAT team who made it so that even a fairly good quarter back could be great. But no one ever talks abut them. Just the QB. Stupid team keeps letting people go, and they have to reset every year for whatever position they let go the previous year. They need to build up already.

I THINK I SAW YOU GUYS!!
I didn't see this thread, and I happened to be running errands in the area, and saw some yari's in the parking lot of the Arby's off King & 82nd. I waved when I drove by =p

We saw you too! I noticed you do a little double take and then wave. Nice wheels too, are they the 18" TRD? I live about a 1/4 mile up king road right by Arby's there. If you see my silver liftback with the racing stripes zipping around town feel free to wave. It will be either me or my girlfriend driving.
Glad your on the site BTW! |

Yup that was me! Yes, they are the 18" TRD's. =) I will definitely keep my eye out for the striped Yaris
