The benefit of a voltage stabilizer seems to be largely car-dependent. It may do nothing, it may help with flickering headlights, or it may actually affect your powerband if you're really lucky. On the Mazda3 forum where I normally hang around we found out the Buddy Club Condenser actually helped smooth out a dip in the power band where the VVT kicked in. It also helped smooth out the shift on the ATX a bit, and caused the revs to drop a little faster when letting off the throttle. The voltage stabilizer can definitely go above and beyond a grounding kit. You probably aren't going to find out until someone tries it, though.

This is the grounding kit I got off of eBay, and it works just fine:

Running a tuner shop I have seen many dynoed vehicles with grounding kits and on a newer car with working factory grounds, I have yet to see any real gain! So in my opinion this mod is basically for posers. Your next mods should be a voltage stabilizer LOL. Before you start the attack, please don't send me any dyno graphs, as running a dyno 2-3 times can yeild a varience! Good mod for peace of mind, but thats about it.

dallas is right though, the most tangible benefit is on older engines, horsepower-wise. It may be all in my head, but after installing it, the engine did feel a bit smoother, and I think it can also help if you have a heavy duty sound system

If you already spent a wad of cash on a honking big stereo system, why on earth would you hold back on a $20 item that your audio shop recommends?!

it's not a matter of money I'm not sure if that thing is not ganna cause any damage, that's why I'm adding lots of stuff to my sound system the end of this year, so I'll just do it by then

Ground wires, or more specifically, a reinforcement of the vehicle's ground points will not hurt or damage your car.
It will provide for a strong ground for your audio comps, ease up just a bit of stress on the alternator, and the vehicle will mildly benefit from the reinforced ground points.
