Self Made Tow Hook for Yaris
So! I finally got it made, painted, and installed....
Its supposed to glow in the dark but with such bad weather lately all its gotten has been rain so we shall see with the glow in the dark paint when it gets sunnier.... came very close! lol he was chilling on there for a little while before he fell off. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- PPLZ Interested: 1. If you have a local machine shop, they can use a C&C plasma cutter to make lots of them for cheap.

something like this would be for looks, MicroImage sells cosmetic ones also, however I had to use my factory front tow hook once when I was stuck in a few feet of snow, lol

I didnt make it for functionality... however it is made of solid steel and its 6mm thick, so Im pretty sure it would work alright in some cases, but with its shape... Im not sure....
The chances of me ever having to actually "use" this hook are slim to none anyways Just for looks!

mine will be used mainly as an attachment point for the strap holding my kayak down.
