Hello Kitty exhaust tip on a Toyota Yaris:

Here you go!

Haven't put it on tight yet, just put it on to see if it fits. ... it does!

I don't think I'm going to paint it after all.

I can't get it on really tight with my fingers right now, though, I think I need a small pair of plyers or something to do the job right.

Thanks again, Garm. I couldn't be happier.

Yup. I'm assuming it uses bolts to tighten itself into place, right?

Something like these:

Looks like this, Kaotic. The part with the screws sits at the bottom.

I think I need one of these to do the job right. Or a pair of pliers with a long nose. No biggy.

and having it welded on is not a bad idea, either. I just might.
Not that I'm afraid it will fall off, it's just that where I park my car during the day,
they'll take anything !

anyway, this is it guys, the Toyota Yaris customized Hello Kity exhaust tip.
Like I said before, it's a solid piece, looks real nice in person

Smile

When the engine's running, it'd probably work as a Hello Kitty branding iron.

Any difference in sound tomato? Did you give it a good loud rev? :)

If you go to any hardware store, you can get a socket wrench and socket(s) fo runder $12...or some needle nose pliers like you said could do the trick.

Next meet, every Yaris is gonna be officially modded LOL....

What is that, a 10mm bolt? If you really are worried about someone taking it, then you probably should get it welded (with a custom cat-back as well ).

^ I probably will, just so I don't have to worry about it. On the other hand, if I weld it, I won't be able to remove it myself. I'll think about it over the xmas break.

The hardest part was getting the part now putting it on shouldn't be too hard :)

When is the next meet anyway? Yes, we'll all be modded even if only a little ^ - ^

Anybody else received their HK tip yet? Please post up your pix! :)
