Yep, 76 lb/ft.
Can't recall the socket size. My winter lugs and summer lugs are different sizes. Pain in the arse come switchover time. Especially considering the locker is a third size. Grrrrrr. You should find the appropriate OEM size lug wrench along with your jack/spare etc.
