Are you asking the metal valve cover or the plastic engine cover?

hmmm, my old cover still looks as new but maybe i'll steal the trd idea but put my own twist on it. i have an extra cover just lying around anyway......

most importantly, just make sure the surface is clean. my personal process is to prime, then paint, then spray a clear on top of the other two coats.
