UPDATE 9/30: Emblems are almost done at the factory.
Shipment will be sent to me next Wed. by EMS, so about another week to get to me. As soon as I see the shipping charges, I will put them up in the store -- chrome & unfinished.

Unfinished ones are in transit, just a few more days. Chrome ones, first batch was rejected, will be a few more days before shipping to me.
there ya go. pricing not available until they arrive. but I promise I'll be prompt about getting them up onto the site.

wife wants one for the rear hatch on her oh 8... ... maybe the front also. i have not read all 14 pgs of the post so what's the final update? chrome or unfinished for painting correct? how about install, will they have adhesive? and what about one for the blinding emblem on the streering wheel?

hey garm..so let me get this straight.. the unfinished ones will be the same price as the chrome ones? i think i want unfinished so i can black it out. but might get a chrome one as well.. and final question... on a 09 hatch... are the front emblem the same size as the rear? i know they connect differently but i figure if body tape is good for the back then body tape will be good for the front. i am definitely willing to try that.

PhillyG, I'm pretty sure the front emblem is NOT the same size as the rear. And the front one is also part of a.. .thing that snaps in, not like the back where it just has the 2 sided tape stuff. Or maybe it was said that the sedan has different sizes on each end while the hatch has same size...
looking back, I think this reply was very unhelpful :( But maybe it wasn't... :) |
