Can you use a personal loan with a ridiculous low rate into a car payment?

if you have improved your credit or have good standing credit you can probably pull it off, talk to a few lenders

I am paying 11% and I would really like to refi but I'll hold off about 6 months

umm since i turned 18.. i never belonged to a bank.. but i know for a loan , they dont really look at that too much, but in general i belive that credit unions are way better than banks... and the one i belong to(orange county credit union.. not the teachers one, just the regular one) all u have to do is live/work/go to school/church in the county to belong.. so its super easy and all credit unions are linked so ur never charged the fee for withdraws(which are always like $2 at credit union atms...

It isn't quite that easy but if you are attending school and very young you have a better chance than someone who works and has -0- credit established.
