Rear toe adjustment...shims??

I need to get rid of the factory toe-in on the rear wheels. I'm currently at -1.0 deg camber on both sides, and +0.3 toe on the left and +0.07 on the right. Wanna get to zero toe-in or even a bit of toe-out, and camber can either stay-put or would be fine if it increased to no more than -1.5/side. How can this be done, and can the correct shim be calculated accurately, or is this trial-and-error?

I'm not getting any roll-over onto the shoulders even in hard cornering on concrete, so I don't feel the need for much camber tweaking.
