Will these speakers fit?
I received these speakers for free to replace my stock speakers:
Front: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_206DS65...er-DS65-2.html Rear: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_206DS65/Kicker-DS65.html Both are listed as: Quote:

Although there are 6.5" speakers in the front, the hole for them should easily accomidate 6 3/4. I had a lot of extra room around the 6.5s I just put in the front of my car. The rear I'm not sure about, as the sedan (which I drive) has 6x9s in the rear.

Thanks. Anyone with a 5-door LB know for sure? Also, what's the maximum depth the speakers can be w/o getting in the way? |

anything is possible. For the rear grab some scrap mdf and make some speaker rings...

Whoever gave you those are pretty generous but they make brackets that will make a 6.75 fit in a 6.5 hole, and if the 5 door LB is like the 3 door LB its 5.25 in the rear. Unfortunately those don't fit without modification. Like CAyaris said find some small pieces of MDF and make your brackets to extend it out.
