your diagnosis of this electrical issue?

2014 Yaris LE 2-door hatchback here.

The 2 items marked in the pic below have lost power.

• The cigarette lighter has no power.
• The round air-flow control knob doesn't light up when I turn on the lights.

Curiously, the "air re-circulation" button (the one with the looping back arrow on it), when pressed, lights up.

What would be your diagnosis of the problem?

And what will it require to fix, please? (I'm hoping it's something as simple as a fuse replacement.)
