NEXEN Winguard Winter Tires ???
NEXEN Winguard Winter Tires
If you have any experience with this winter tire your feedback / impressions would be appreciated. Other constructive information would also be good. The Nexen website provides scant detail.

we sell quite a bit of nexen tires here but i haven't seen or heard that they made snow tires also. i really haven't ran snow tires YET so my experience is nil, but i just picked up a set of continental's that were priced right. BRING ON THE SNOW....

I tend to agree with the "you get what you pay for" statement, especially when it comes to tires.
I was actually asking on behalf of a co-worker who spotted them advertised in the Walmart flyer. Anyway, the question is moot as they've since found a favourable price for a steel wheel / Winterforce tire package. Personally, I wish to replace my current boots with a taller set of Michelins. I need more ground clearance than my current 175/65/14 package is providing. 185/75/14 or 185/75/14 are in my near future.
