A really good sway bar

Want to buy a rear sway bar. The bigger the better.

thanks for the replies. I will look into it. I would really like to improve the handling on this car. Will the bar be enough. I come from a 07 vw gti with stock suspension. Will it compare or will I need to do more? Thanks for the replies

Sway bar on stock suspension isn't going to cut it.

For the least amount of $, go with Tokico HP shocks and a set of Micro Image springs.

Setup for less than $500.

sway bar is the FIRST thing to install. then decide if you want to change other
stuff.
it has the most effect for dollar ratio...and it is the cheapest and easiest to install.

that is all I stuck on my Yaris and I was blown away by the way it
completely changed the car from a marshmallow in corners, to rather sporty

I gotta agree 100%. I have no springs or shocks other than stock so far, but I did put on the 19mm sway from micro image, and the difference from bone stock is amazing. At first I wasn't sure what to expect, but what I discovered in short time, is 1st, the ride hasn't changed at all,2nd, when I do the on/off ramp thing or twisty roads, it takes a slight lean, the bar takes effect and it just stays planted. The rear end stays flat and it goes thru corners so much more stable. The side winds on the highway don't push the body around near as much as it used to. Best money I've spent on a car in a long time. I wish I had gotten the 23mm to check it out, but don't regret the 19 at all!! And this is with the OEM Goodyear tires which makes it all the more impressive in my eyes!
I would suggest doing this first and get a feel from there how much further you want to go, and what your goals are. I'm in a 10 sedan, so it is not as tail happy as a LB might be. And realize the shock/spring combo will effect ride quality, how much depends on what you get and how much that means to you.
