2nd for me is the Tach.

Other mods I have but won't rate:

- New wheels and tires
- Scangauge II
- NST lightweight pulley.
- PG Rear hub spacers
- Aluminum underpanel and hood seal kit (loving it - I love to keep my Yaris engine clean, it's a clean machine...)
- Leather shift boot and brake boot
- RedTop battery
- Window tint
- Replaced stock speakers
- Sound deadening +extra padding throughout

Best investment: AEM CAI, NST SSK + pulleys and Ultra Racing 19mm sway bar
Worst investment: Sunpro Super Tach II - has been working on and off since installed, almost like it needs to warm up or something, 5 minutes before I get home it starts working fine. Lately, it seems that the warm-up period is shorter...
Honorable mentions: window tint

Pulse plugs

The Yaris's coils couldn't handle the high energy pulse plugs. Fortunately, Pulstar stood behind their product and reimbursed me for the replacement of the coil. Cool !!

HONORABLE MENTION: NST SSK ... Wow !! The difference in shifting with this jewel is just "stupid different" !!
I have had my pulse plugs in for 45K..the 1st set had to be replaced because one of them failed..it turns out the ceramic insulator around the capicator was too thin..and the flaw has since been corrected....i enjoy the performance of the pulse plugs...they do not damage coils...45 k later proves that..you had a faulty plug... my coils are perfect ... im buying another set when i hit 50K..my best investment is AFE cold air intake..makes a major difference..its no longer starved of air under high loads..

Best Investment: I financed $6600 at ZERO per cent interest for 60 months through the dealer when I bought my Yaris in April 09.

Next Best Investment: They gave me $5000 for my trade which I purchansed in January for $6000. It had $$$$ tranmission noises.

Runner UP (but still awesome) The $10 Cruise Control Mod thanks to YarisWorld!

Alright TK although I'm somewhat depressed to post this because of the catastrophic failures:

Best Investment:
Suspension. This car is so damn fun to drive now that my favorite part of every day is commuting. I often make excuses to drive places also just to have more fun. Tokico blues + tanabe DF210 lowering springs. Thanks MicroImage!

Worst Investment(s):
#1) $1200 stereo system. The car can't be fast and loud unfortunately. I took out my q-logic box, 600watt alpine amp, and 2x 300W RMS alpine subs for more
Going to take a decent loss because of this purchase. Admittedly I bought the audio equipment before I knew the car's full potential and before being an active member of yarisworld. It didn't help that I had NO package options on the car when I got it which means yes I was using a cheap pair of external speakers and my iPod to get music in the car for months so naturally I went way overboard when upgrading the audio

#2) Heavy wheels. I bought one of the cheapest wheels tirerack had to offer. 205/50/16. I admit they look AMAZING and I've gotten complements on them but they weigh 19lbs each!!

These were also purchased pre-yarisworld active membership. Had I known then what I know now I would've gone with 15s on a 195 tire and saved up a bit more money to buy a light weight wheel.

Honorable mentions:
Gotta put the rear seat removal here because it's free and is by far one of the biggest upgrades you can make to the car's performance. can't say enough about it really. if you haven't done this yet, stop waiting.

Best: high-end Toyota radio with 6-disc changer, MP3, SRS, etc. Got it for $100 brand new in box. Took 20 minutes to install.

Worst: None yet, because the radio is the only modification I've made. The car came pretty well equipped from the factory.

BEST- TRD rear sway and Ecometer.
WORST- Round air vent trim rings from eBay. They fit by friction but keep popping out on to the floor when adjusting vents and they're difficult to glue in. Ended up chucking them. No biggy.

Best Investment: The car itself

Worst Investment: I haven't started customizing it yet! :(

Worthy Mention: The fact that during x-mas shopping season i squeezed into more tight spaces that most people never saw was absolutely phenomenal :D

Best Investment: 2010 Toyota Yaris
Next best investment: JB3 kit for my e90 335i boosting 11-14psi ~360hp
Worst Investment: Yaris stock rims really need to go. (Looking at Advan RS-D 18in rims and most likely will purchase them)
Honorable Mention: Doing my homework in building my own supercharger kit instead of using Blitz (Looking at Powerdyne Automotive)

Upcoming investment: Rear sway bars is definitely on the list for better handling.

Best investment- Silk Road Coilovers
Worst Investment- C-one spoiler, wanted the J's to begin with........
Worthy Mention-Nitto Midpipe and Rota slips, the Rotas work perfect with this car and set it off very well and are light weight. The nitto Midpipe made my car have a more throaty sound and it gained some top end, also a great product if you want to add an axelback to it.

Best Investment: Buying our 2007 Yaris HB last winter when car dealers were in the dumps.
Building the Two Button Cruise Control for $10 in parts.
A smile for each and every time I fill it up, regardless of the price of fuel.

Worst Investment: NONE!

All good:Toyota rear lip spoiler, tint, TRD lowering springs, TRD rear sway bar, Piggy's short shift kit, Megan Racing axle back (muffler), Konig Feather 17" wheels, and AFE short ram intake.

Bad (and sorry, Redline, but this stuff didn't fit at all!) Redline shift and e-brake boots. Flushed $80 on that deal. Oh, and a cheap ebay RS grille emblem that didn't fit and broke when trying to install.
