FS: SSR Type C's (8.5lbs) / straight / true / zero curb rash / powder-primed

APRIL 2016 UPDATE = SOLD TO MYSELF

After all the lowballers, offering a half empty can of coke and a chocolate bar, I finally figured WTF........why not just paint them and throw them on my MR2

So,,,, they are No longer available

FEBRUARY 2016 BUMPThese are the real deal and super light weight ( approx 8.5 lbs)

Zero Curb Rash / Zero Bends etc…

1 wheel has a small mark where the centre cap installs (Circled) which isn’t really visible once the centre cap is on.

These wheels and custom centrecaps are paint-ready ( I had the wheels powdercoated in primer “powder-primed”, but never decided on a color), technically they could be left as is but the primer isn’t as smooth throughout as what paint would be.

I had the custom centre caps and hubcentric rings made by a 3D Prototyping company because I couldn’t find SSR centre caps .

Also included are custom hubcentric rings

Over $500 alone was spent on the Powder-coating and the custom Centre Caps+Hubcentric rings.

BTW, before being powdercoated, I had the wheels checked at a tireshop and they had zero issues (runout)

Asking $749 (INCLUDING THE CENTRE CAPS) obo U.S. + paypal fees + shipping

(Fixed Shipping price for YarisWorld is $55 U.S. to the lower 48 states)

For American buyers they would be shipped from the U.S.!!!! (by USPS)

Ntr1_1@hotmail.com

would consider a very attractive package deal with my other items

ADDED PICTURES OF THE CUSTOM CENTRE CAPS

ADDED PICTURES OF THE CUSTOM HUB CENTRIC RINGS

Thanks

I bought them for $1000, and then I paid $200 to have them powder-primed

I've got some other projects I'm funding, but at the end of the day I might always put these on my MR2 if they don't sell

15x6.5 is a perfect fitment for our cars / zero rub (at any height) / lots of tire options etc.......

What would be the 'normal' tire size you'd use on this for a lowered Yaris?

Any center caps?

Don't have SSR caps, but do have some that were made on a 3D printer.

"normal" tire size would probably be either the stockers or something as big as 205 wide.

Personally I prefer I'd use a 195/50/15 or a 195/55/15 or even a 185/60/15.

All of those would give good performance, wouldn't rub and would maintain some sidewall height for ride comfort etc....

You could also do a 205/50/15 pretty comfortably depending on your suspension setup etc....

If you just mounted the stockers on these you would notice a significant change in pep (from the weight savings)

GLWS

Wheels seem awesome and if I had the coin just sitting about, I'd scoop them up. Your price appears to be reasonable.

Free bump.
