Toyota / Subaru Coupe

So i am really stoked about the announcement of toyota's new sports car so i just thought i'd start a thread about it. surely i'm not the only one who is excited. the pic looks promising. my new goal is to have my yaris payed off for when this comes out.

guess it's supposed to be in the $20,000 range. RWD. 4-cylinder. surely they'll make a V6 right? anyway i know there's many a car buff in these forums so i figured some of you might know more about this than i do.

If I have my Yaris paid off when that comes out... I'm DEFINTELY keepin' the Yaris and at least attempting to get a loan to add one of those bad boys to my stable... Looks great!

is this actually being made? everyone says it's going to be made, then no, then yes, then no. Which is it?

I'm buying it.

Its supposed to house a Subaru turbo motor. This year is supposedly the last year for the current model tC.

200 BHP is still very good for an N/A boxer engine, but you can always get a bolt-on turbo for an easy 300

I just don't see the point in having it produced separately as both a Toyota and a Subaru though. One has a different badge than the other, big deal. Might as well call it a Suyota StC...

I've also read that the only place it will be sold as a Toyota (badge) is in Japan. It'll be a Subaru elsewhere.
