I am willing to send out replacement lids as long as two conditions are met:

You agree to pay for shipping
You send me the lids back with some sort of tracking number

As soon as I receive the tracking number, I will have a fresh pair of replacements ready to send out to you.

I ended up cutting off the flange as you diagramed. it is sitting flush now and aside from the paint is ok. I will leave it for now I guess.

Cool. Which tape did you use to paste the eyelid back?

I had some 3M tape allready. trouble is, you can see where the cut is and tape since the lower lip part of the lid that curls under the hood is gone...

I want to let you all know that I am gearing up for the second GB for the LB and sedan eyelids.

The updated LB design will have no bottom flange and tighter corners, so as to align properly with the hood line. I am totally willing to replace them for the guys that went for it the first time around, as long as I can reuse the pairs that I sent you originally.

Pics of the updated design and new sedan eyelids soon!
