Tang Soo Do is my usual. The studio where I train has been bringing in instructors from other martial arts for workshops. The grappling one was such a huge success that it looks like we are going to add classes for it.

Grappling is a very real base for defense. I've had to use my experience probably a half dozen times. I've got one on VHS; kid swung a skateboard at my head when I stopped him for stealing...he he...it didn't end well. No punches though, no need to. Mata Leo all the way(he flashed his back too soon), you should have seen me jump on the kid as he tried to break for it after he missed with the board.

...then there's the fight in the graveyard November 2007...A new definition to dead-arm.

Hey Devilgirl...post your FB link up. For some reason I can't find you.
Hope this works, I can only pull up the actual link from my iPhone and then type it on my work PC...

http://www.facebook.com/profile/php?...e&id=834780014

If not, I'll try to do a better link when I get home much later tonight.

Or, if you are already friends with CTScott on there, look for me under his friends... Or anyone else who listed their names (etimago, custom lftback, mad dog, RHDVIPbB, Yar1S)...

I joined it a while back. It's not a very active group (a couple posts a day max) for having 14K+ members.

Heya SQ, Im a wing chun kung fu guy myself.

Had a similar incident a few months ago with a kid walking downm a major road trying to knock mirrors off moving cars. Taught him a lesson, quick smart.

What the hell is wrong with some kids these days?
