Is that what yours look like? I've ordered from them before for D2S bulbs, and I've had good luck with them.

Sorry for the delay, it's been raining nonstop here and I haven't been able to get to the bulb. Here are some pics of the bulb and wiring:

Yeah, that looks like the link I posted. I would e-mail the company I linked and request info on the connections. The connectors you posted are very common, so I would assume they are all like that.

Unless I'm looking at the wrong picture, I don't see any similarity between my bulb and the one shown on that site.

All the H4/9003 bulbs I'm finding have a silver metal shield around them, while mine all open/exposed with no shield. Is one better than another?

The shield just reduces glare. Nice to have, but not essential.

BTW - phu@xenon-vision.com was the email for customer service on these HID kits.

Thanks for the info ryan. I ended up just buying a new kit from Garm since the weather is getting colder by the day and I need two working headlights before the snow starts falling.
