Supercharger Belt Slip Possible fix - Page 2 - Toyota Yaris Forums

I'm 6k miles in and no problems.

Not to turn anyone off, but there's like no reason to get an SC that I can see. Maybe the install is a little bit easier, but turbo will yield superior power.

The blitz kit is pretty much worry free, and it makes the whine noise.

Alot of people have gotten the blitz kit (including myself) years ago when there wasn't a turbo kit option available (not to mention cheap). It was the people that didn't want to make their own turbo kit and wanted a reliable source of power. Supply and demand was key back then. Now, luckily, there are more options; and more people who have put together their own turbo kits to give others encouragement to do the same.

Well then Turbo it is, that's settled then. Besides if i want to hear supercharger whine my truck could make good use of the Eaton M62 in my garage...
