Im so torn, which wheels?!!

My dilema...
I want to buy some wheels, but not sure which ones.

I still have my buddy's smoothies in the garage, 15x7 with a big chrome lip (will be for sale if I dont use them):

Or these (in black) 16x8:

Or possibly even these 16x7 (Available in gold, silver, or black centers):

What do you guys think? Theyre all roughly the same price

So what you have on it now are the blue ones?

Of the choices in 2nd pic I like the white best--it looks like you have whited out your emblems and hatch opener so that seems like good match. But for contrast and to match interior I guess black is best.

Don't care for the...whatever you want to call the ones in 3rd pic...wires?

No, I test fit the blue ones (hence the picture) but theyre not on the car now. They belong to a friend of mine.

I wouldnt do a white wheel, and of the wheels in the second pic I would do black... or maaaaaaybe red.

No theyre not wires, theyre old school style mesh wheels. Replicas of rare 3-piece BBS RS.

Walter, its your decision, but if I were you I'd grab some red rims. They'd look really nice with what you've done with the front and, say, some JDM tails.

Mmmmm....multi-piece rim.....

Is weight part of your decision? The BBS replicas look kinda heavy...man they would look so hot on my miata though...

I think Im going to get the mesh wheels, so if anyone is inerested in the smoothies they will be $400- plus shipping including the hubcaps. You can paint them whatever color you want. Theyre staggered and custom made with chrome lips

I think they are rad (maxxim) but I am on Rota JMAG a lot of people think they are ugly. I like 'em

was it ever determined that an 8" wide wheel on a lowered Yaris would work without crazy rubbing? I know this came up in another thread and maybe it boiled down to offset.

Already ordered the Remembers, so the blue wheels are up for sale. $400+ shipping.

Me too! I ordered them today.

8" should work with the correct offset, as long as you rock a stretched tire. 195/45/15, or 205/40/16

A set of 4 - 17x7, 4-100mm/40 with 205/45R17 Tires. These tires and wheels match the same overall height and your stock tires, with a lower profile, more tread area and much better handling without rubbing the fender wells.

The Remembers will look great. I think it's a classic wheel style that looks good on just about anything.
