To my knowledge the springs on all petrol Yaris are the same. There are different ones for the diesel. I've got the H&R 30mm lowering springs and they are identical for the 1.0, 1.3 and 1.8 engines.

^H&R's are good. They would've been my other choice. But I chose Progress springs installed as of last week and I can tell you the ride is nice and stiff, almost as if the struts have been upgraded too. The reason I got those instead of DFs is to avoid the excessive drop and body roll and bounciness, which could result in bottoming-out over speed bumps and dips. Plus the rear springs on DFs have been known to cause rear-end sag over time. Progress is definitely giving me the optimal spring rate I need to keep the car's body stable around the track, if that's what you're looking for.

Let me start by saying that on my TS the H&R drop was very small. Barely noticeable. If you can, go for the DF210.
As for the tyres and wheels ... I went for 7jx17 with the original tyres. If you want you can try the wider 215/40/R17 but I think the original dimension is the best.

If you want to go low and have great handling and a good feel save your money for a nice set of coilovers....
