Very nice. I've never heard one of the little Toyota diesels running. Any chance you could post a video of it with the engine running?

We're not lucky enough to get Toyota diesels over here. I think the only diesel cars we get are German ones.

Yeah, if the Diesel had been available, I'd've had to buy one. I drove my dad's old 1983 Diesel Chevette for years. It had sat neglected for years and was pretty junky, but I had fun with that quirky old jalopy. I like Diesels.

Hmm all plastic enshrouded. A little disappointing. Nothing to see! It was nice when I had the 240D because the engine was all there to see and it made NOISE! CLACK CLACK CLACK CLACK CLACK!

now it's very quiet for a diesel engine, and the turbo it's very nice when u want to play with the car and last but not least very economic.

I bet it runs sweet! I wish we had the diesel option in the US. Diesel fuel has been about 60 cents a gallon more than regular gas for a long time here until recently. Now its a little less or the same as regular. Thats the ticket! You are very lucky to get them!

Great Yaris, has all the basis covered- well-equipped, economical and good-looking. Also, I like what you've done with the rear badge :)
