How to clean dash instrument panel? 3rd gen

Does anyone know how to clean/take off the inside of the instrument panel on a 3rd gen Yaris? Mine is starting to fog up from the bottom and I wasn't able to find anything online about how to get to the back of the panel.

Have you passed your 3 year or 36K mile warranty? That looks like something Toyota should have to replace/fix.

I've got about 50k on it and it's a 2013 so only powertrain warranty at this point unfortunately.

I did some searching and found that olive oil hides/gets rid of the problem almost entirely (as I guess the problem was mostly on the front) but there is still a small amount of 'fog' behind the actual panel. Significantly less than what is shown in the picture above though. The olive oil trick actually worked really well.

Still curious if there is any easy way to get to the back of the panel though.

"Pledge" furniture polish in aerosol cans. It's thicker then spray bottle version and excellent for cleaning, hand polishing and protecting plastics like acrylic, etc... Apply it with a clean-ex tissue and NOT Scott towel hand wipes or you'll ruin it. We used this method to clean optical lens domes for videography equipment in the diving industry. Olive oil or any oily substance will attract dust, dirt etc...

Thanks for the advice! I'll definitely look into getting some sometime this week to replace the olive oil as I expect down the line the olive oil will start to stink and should be cleaned off anyways.

Edit: This is what it looks like after using the olive oil. It's a bit hard to tell but there is still some fog behind the H/M buttons that is behind the panel that I'd like to get to if there is an easy way to take the panel out.
