Toyota Vios Turbo

I really dont know if this has been shown here, but I was looking through scionlife.com and i found this link. this car has our same engine and comes stock with a turbo. so maybe could we we can get our hands on this turbo or stated in the article just that ECU. That would make life easier for all of us who want to turbo the yaris and have to deal with the ECU issue.
