What is the best way for me to go about getting a navigation unit in my yaris?

I have a 2009 Yaris sedan. It just has the radio unit in it, with CD player. No navigation. I am looking at some options for getting navigation in my yaris, but I could use a little help on the best way to go about this. It would be nice if I could do this inexpensively, but I'm not counting on it. I found these two links after searching around:

http://www.lightinthebox.com/7-inch-...5-_p88948.html

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Toyot...fAudioQ5fVideo

It would appear that the top one doesn't actually have nav, just bluetooth and DVD. And the bottom one is from china, so possibly a scam. Is there any way that is known, that I can do this? Is there a way to make it look factory like in the pics in those links?

I put a Clarion NX700 in mine, installation easy, radio quality better, navigation I could not live without. Was about $800 + harness + deck spacer, from sonicelectronix.com. I find the Yaris interior was quite noisy to use bluetooth (at least with my crap mic).

Sounds cool, but I was hoping that maybe I could do it for cheaper. Perhaps I could get a factory toyota unit somehow? Maybe get the double din factory yaris bezel and use a factory toyota unit. Like a unit out of the Avalon or camry or something...
