Metro Atlanta Dealer Service Experiences
So far, ive only been to Cobb County Toyota in Kennesaw to price parts. (I bought my car across the street from them at Carmax in Kennesaw...i know, i know, this is already three strikes against me!!!).
So while I am there in the parts shop (the parts guy was really nice but asked me if I bought it from them...I told him I bought it out of state ![]() ![]() So I get the newest guy in the service department and it takes him at least 30 mins to enter the cars data in their computers. If this is what I have to look forward to at this dealer Ill be going elsewhere. Any recommendations from my ATL Yaris brethren??

whelp it took no time for Hank Aaron Toyota (McDonough exit 218 off 75 South)to change my oil. As a matter of a fact every time I go by (for my free car wash) there is never more than 3 cars there at once. But if your in cobb.. gee.. by the time you drive to any other dealership including all the way down here, you would be done at that place.. that dude is just a parts guy.. he wants a mechanic job and thats all they would give him.. lol
