Opinion On Size Rims For Sedan?
I'm looking into buying new wheels for my yaris sedan, but I'm not sure what size would be best. I've been reading a lot of threads and I have a few questions concerning rims and my yaris sedan. Since most of the time I see example pics of the LB I can only assume all replies refer to the LB. Whether or not replies were based on both the sedan and yaris I dont know so I made my own thread for my specific situation.
Anyhow, which size would look best on my sedan? Also I dont plan on ever lowering my car, just in case some of you would think the size would depend on that. Another few things I read about was how bigger sizes can affect acceleration and smoothness while driving and I wanted some clarification on that. Pretty much to sum it all up...Which would look best, but would least affect smoothness and acceleration? Thanks in advance for any help. |

Without lowering the car, these are my recommendations:
15x6.5, with an offset (ET) between +42mm and +45mm and 205/55/15 rubber. Good looks, nice smooth ride, same acceleration as stock, but a little more rubber on the road. 16x7, ET+42mm to +45mm and 205/50/16 rubber. Perhaps looks a bit better, nice smooth ride, basically same acceleration (they're just a tad taller), and more rubber on the road. |

I will go with 16's. But droping it would really improve the looks. Don't go over 16's without a drop cause it might look like a 4x4

Sorry to bump (its been 24 hours :P), but I forgot to mention that it is an "S" sedan, maybe that might effect its looks with different wheels?
