DRL mod idea

I've always thought that it'd be cool if there was a way to turn the DRLs on and off via some sort switch while the car is running. For the times when you want to be in "stealth mode" or like say if your in a drive-in (yes they ARE still around) and don't want to disturb anybody. I know most new cars that I've seen have some sort of switch, any ideas?

This can be done easily by putting a switch on one of the DRL relay wires. I can't remember the specifics right now but I believe it's the blue wire. There's a thread on here on how to remove the DRL relay that should give you an idea of where to start. The wires are really short and tight near the relay though so it will be a pain to splice a switch to the wire.

Correct - The large blue wire in pin 1 of the DRL connector.
