Spider web cracks on headlights

Today, I noticed quite extensive spider web cracks on my passenger side headlight :( Is it even remotely possible to sand those out, or should I just get a replacement lens?

My Yaris is a 2009 hatchback.

I've got the same problem on my 08 HB, I bought this
