Garm's CF Wrap

Well I have wrap my Hood with the CF Wrap the Garm has. I know a lot of you guys have use it on the inside of you car's. I took a big chance and did it to my hood. It came out really good, Sorry guys don't have any pic's up yet. But the guys and girls that were at Toyota-fest this May saw how it came out. Now I am thinking about finishing off the front of the car with the wrap.

Since I don't have any pic's of the car with the hood wrap. I did a little Photo shop. The parts with the red arrows are the place I want to put the CF wrap.

the inside surfaces of the upper and lower grill will look really good. I'm not sure about extending the lines though (in case that's what you meant).

It should look quite good. I think you should go for it.
Are you planning on covering the wrap with some sort of clearcoat to protect it from the elements?

quite a few Neffy users are bikers that wrapped their gas tanks -- it seems to last a good long while with exterior apps.

The AIT body kit you see on ebay. It looks pretty good, I saw it when I went to pick up his old bumper :)

Best of luck with it. Cruz showed me some major issues with the layers separating on curves with high heat after a while. He had all kinds of issues, but perhaps you will have better luck. I am still waiting on the actual CF hood from MI...now that is gonna be straight sexy!

fiberglass $250 shipped, CF $350 shipped. Expect a bit of finishing work to make them perfect but fitment is good and it's nicely made overall.

I'll be posting up pics soon, got them in the camera at the shop.

yeah, that guy....I understand what you are saying, on the same token I actually saw this "separation" issue in his car. Not trying to knock the product, just making people aware of something that could occur.

As for the hood...you are saying that you also have the sedan hood as well??? Call me a moron, but I cannot recall if you said you would have them for sure.

Well I have been vary lucky then. I have not had any separation issue. I have seen other people that use the same wrap, that I have on my hood for the inside of there car and they had separation issue. I guess it really comes down to what type of glue they use and how far they stretch the warp over the part.
