Serpentine belt is likely the problem. Many aftermarket ones are crap, like I found out and tend to stretch more. You can get the toyota OEM ones which are made by mitsuboshi or bando, and they work well. Since this car doesnt have a spring tensioner, a better belt always needs to be used.
