Is that with the AOE Tigertecs? If so, what shocks you running and did you test drive it?

The looks are awesome on the car.

kiss it kiwi.

I just finished and let me tell you. I went through more unspeakable whores, I mean horrors, then any man alive. I seriously kid you not. The fact I started at 730am and didn't finish until 9pm speaks for itself. It's a little bit of because I'm a first time installer but the terrible things I experienced were more then the majority of what wasted (and completed) my day. I will be going out for a drive soon to get some food. I did drive it a bit earlier when it "wasn't finished" (I'll explain more about that horror) and I must say that even then, it felt amazing compared to what stock is...I'm talking about even just comfort factor. I'll update later or tomorrow, I'm honest to god beat to f'ing death.

Hey garm, I need a BIG favor from you. Check your pm's.

Went for a small test drive and it's different that's for sure. Feels alot more planted to the ground and doesn't feel like your sailing the high seas as with the stock springs and shocks. The springs are a little bit lower then what I thought they would be and I know they will lower a tad more once they seat in, but it's still not "slammed" like the Teins. I'll get some pics of it completed and the pics I already took of the install, I'll try to get them up tomorrow.

Yea, that pic garm posted looks quite low....more so than 1.5 drop, good nonetheless. I forget what previous springs you had, but you sold them, were you wanting a bigger or smaller drop from previous?

I was using stock springs and stock struts. I bought TRD's with the intention of installing them but I opted for something a bit stiffer and didn't mind "testing" these AOE Tigertecs. So far so good with them, I took a corner decently hard and it helds it's own going into the 90 degree corner and coming out.

I wasn't really wanting to get df210 type of slammed look but whatever, I worked my ass off getting these things installed today and if they end up df210 low, well then it's tough bananas and I'm going to just learn to live with it. I can definately say the car looks alot sexier now with the flush type of look. Last touch I did before going out was spraying on some turtle wax tire foam, oh yeah...it definately made the final touch :)

Awesome, can't wait for the pics and yea lower/flush definitely looks better than stock. As long as there's no rubbing issues and a quality ride that's all that matters.

i know the whole "go-kart" thing is really cliche but it does feel that way. How it has that "tight, tiny" feel to it. It feels like it's ready at any moment for you to just yank the steering wheel to whatever hell you may give it. When I get some more miles on it, I'll be able to give a better review about technical things instead of just "feelings".

before and after pics, even just one would be helpful. The other pic doesn't show quite enough detail.

I think your initial impression is enough to order a bunch more though.
