Missing Dimmer Switch

Hey guys what's up. I have a real problem, my dimmer switch is missing from my 07 Toyota Yaris, cuz of this, my dashlights and radio lights don't come on at night, or when I switch on the headlamps.
I can't find the part in my location for the love of me. Please could I get help on how to rewire it to work without the dimmer, even if it means constant full brightness.
THANKS.

If the wiring for your Yaris is the same as ours here in the US, then to bypass the dimmer rheostat on the connector for it, you just need to connect the white wire with a black stripe (ground) to the light green wire and the orange wire.

And i wonder if anyone knows the function of each wire in the assembly, so I can get a better understanding. And what do i do if the white connector is missing, it's just a jumble of wires. And by the way, mine's a sedan. Thankz

I tried to rewire the dimmer assembly as the switch is missing and I couldn't find it to purchase.
I made the mistake of cutting off the 10 pin connector to do this, and now it's like the car has gone beserk.
The battery isn't charging, the airbag isn't working, the ABS isn't working, the power steering isn't working, the gear isn't shifting. It's like the car is dying, Help please.

So i did as u said and all the lights except the speedometer cluster are on now, the radio, the AC lights, the gear box lights too.
What do I do, and what fuse controls those lights, in case the fuse is blown.

Check the MET, PANEL1 and GAUGE fuses.

SORRY, didn't write that last post properly.
The AC, gear box, and other lights are working.
Only the speedometer cluster is still not on.
And u told me not to connect it's yellow wire.
My gauge switched is fine.
But which fuse controls the cluster, and if the fuse isn't blown, what should I do.
THANKS

Still check those fuses - If that doesn't do it, let me know.
