Standalone Fuel Management System

Hey, is there anyone here that has plans on a SFMS? I see that there seems to be a major issue concerning the tunability of the ecu, just wondering if a standalone would be a fix to all of these issues... also, I've had a little bit of difficulty trying to find prices for them... then again, been a little busy as of late and just keep forgetting to do it and I'm using the comp at school so I'm not exactly attempting to stay on too long at places that aren't "educationally related" but thats besides the point.

I must be dumb, but what is an SFMS? I even Googled it and still can't figure this one out.
