searching for 2000 Yaris Repair Manual

The "2007 Yaris Factory Repair Manual" Violin linked is great - is there a manual for the early models available, too?
I searched the MicroImage forum, too, but I could not find anything that could help me with my fuel pump problem...

Best regards, Johannes

I have the wiring diagrams and some of the service manual sections for the MK1 Yaris. What type of a problem are you having with the fuel pump?

Hi CTScott,

I am looking for the way to get the fuel pump out - I am not sure, if I really have to open the 8 Philips screws around the pump, they feel completely seized.
The way the pump is held seems to be completely different to that of the later Yaris models.
I Attached a Photo in the thread " P1 - how do I get the fuel pump out? "

Best regards, Johannes

You do have to remove those silly screws. The newer Yaris use a plastic tank with a large screw on plastic lid. I would not doubt that your tank's screws will be very difficult to remove, and of course, if they strip you will not want to drill them out until you have removed the tank and completely purged it of fuel and fuel fumes.
