Set the boost activation switch to low and just always use more throttle. Problem solved :)

1. '09 HB
2. Blitz S/C
3. No dyno yet

4. About a month, about 2000 miles.
(About a week, about 300 miles.)

5. Was running lean, fixed with green 1ZZ 255cc injectors. Threw a P0101 code twice on the way home from AutoX this past weekend, apparently a known issue for some Blitz owners. Massive inside wheel spin on hard corner acceleration.
(No CEL's or anything, but dealing with significant belt squeak when the clutch engages.)

6. Here's a placeholder until I get my intake installed:

Here's the important parts, just after installing the injectors:

Blenders are direct drive - Just get that belt out of there.

With the S/C you have to really tighten the belt. With that extra length there is a lot of stretch.

Boosted Echo

1. Year and Type of Yaris (sedan or liftback)
Echo 2005 liftback (is it a problem :P??)
2. Type and brand of FI system (Blitz Supercharger, Zage Turbo, etc.)
Garrett GT2252/ Garrett GT2554R, custom fitment.
3. Horsepower and Torque (if you have dynoed it)
On a mustang dyno @5.75psi = 145whp/145wtq ... I got those numbers with a wastegate leak at the diaphragme plus another smaller leak at the boost gauge
4. How long it has been boosted (years and/or mileage)
Boosted @180,000kms, up to date @240,000kms
5. Any problems that you've had due to being boosted.
Biggest problem = OEM ECU
6. Post an under-hood photo to show what-you-got
I don`t have up to date picture at the moment

2008 blue HB with 106,000 miles on it.
Has a Zage kit running 10psi with a boost controller. Tuned with AEM fic.
No idea what the HP is but it spins the 199/55-15's at 40mph when the turbo kicks in and chirps them again on the 2-3 shift.
Nearly two months since the install and about 4,000 miles.
No major issues(knock on wood).
No pics yet.

1. Year and Type of Yaris (sedan or liftback) - 2009 RS, Liftback, 5spd, Blizzard Pearl
2. Type and brand of FI system (Blitz Supercharger, Zage Turbo, etc.) - Blitz Supercharger (1NZFE)
3. Horsepower and Torque (if you have dynoed it) - Have not dyno'ed it yet. I assume in the mid to high 130's HP range with CAI/H/E and lightweight crank pulley.
4. How long it has been boosted (years and/or mileage) - 500km lol
5. Any problems that you've had due to being boosted. - Had belt slippage at higher RPM (common problem with Blitz kit), but was resolved / band-aided by tightening the belt past OE specifications. No other problems at the moment.
6. Post an under-hood photo to show what-you-got

Thumbs up BlitZ S/C

1. 2007 TYPE S (SEDAN)
2. (Blitz Supercharger)
3. (N/A)
4. (01 DAY - 96,000 MILES)
5. RUNNING LEAN hopefully fixed: I've upgraded my injectors to the 1ZZ PN 23250-0D050 and it makes the car idle very good, less shaking and more throttle response. As far as the check engine light lean code goes, I haven't seen it come on yet. Hopefully it doesn't anymore.
6.

1. 2009 Yaris liftback
2. Was blitz supercharged, now Zage Turbo'd.
3. Used to be about 130/130, haven't dyno'd it since being turbo'd.
4. Had the blitz Supercharger on the car since early Spring of 2014, had the turbo since Summer 2015.
5. Mostly the belts on the supercharger. I had some pretty bad slip initially on the belts of the supercharger due to their skinny nature, when I finally managed to get them to stick I sheered the pin on the crank pulley off and had to make a new one. You also have to find a belt that's the right length and cut it in half, which if you don't get them just right makes the belt uneven and potentially shortens the life significantly. I fixed the belt slipping at high RPM's with some belt dressing.
Now that i'm turbo'd, the only problem I have is due to my lack of a tune which is causing the car to run lean on idle, and super rich under WOT, but that should be fixed soon.
