Well if I want to go ahead and finish painting the other two hub caps... aka put them on or not. So I ask YW what do you think

I always liked full moons, and the color match is cool, IMO. But, I am in my 40's and dig the old school "Hot Rod" look.

What would look weird is to paint them to look like eyeballs. But as they are, I like.

It's whatever you like. I'm not into the moons at all.
The contrast is kind of funny in the third pic. The shadows drown out the black of the tires so much it almost looks like your car is floating on white discs.

I can't remember where, but there is an outfit that can do mold matched tires. Can you imagine how 2010/Space odesy that would look.

Very street rod, kind of like a bonneville car. Not my cup of tea, but go for it if you like it.

I'm leaning towards finishing them up...
I think I'm gonna go ahead and finish up the paint job... let them cure for a week... and then; well; then i'll see....

For the record, that paint I laid down was dry and ready for road use in 24 hours like the can said. Basically, it said as long as you laid down all the coats within an hour it would set in 24 hours. I rolled on them for a few days and no chips, scratches or anything. Problem is I noticed some orange peel and dust and such. That is what I get for spraying outside and in a hurry. They get sanded and repainted soon.
