Got a great deal on a ecometer

Recieved yesterday an ecometer that I purchased from sleey0, I'm very happy with the deal and the smooth transaction the ecometer arrived in perfect condition and looks like new just how it was described. I highly recommend him for any transaction.

This how it looks mounted on the pillar and and painted in dark gray to match the tachometer and the center trims that don't appear on this pictures.

Thanks! The tach I got it from eBay and the ecometer from sleey0 a Yaris world member the Eco was $40 great deal! I decided to leave it for good on this car so I did a little customization for better match in interior.

See, I told all you people that I am a good guy! j/k

BTW the way u mounted it is awesome, I just used some velccro and stuck it up on the dash.

Goo job, bro and glad u like it, although you won't ever need the tach function on it lol.

I know my tach its just company for the Eco and the RPM on the Eco is more accurate but its nice to have more things to look at

Actually if you have your tach wired to the tach wire it will be more accurate and lightning fast repsonse - like a normal tach.

Very nice install! I like your choice of position for the Ecometer. Did you remove the pillar and mount it or just use the plastic/type velcro?

Installed mine this evening so it will be interesting to see if it affects my driving habits in a good way.

It will as long as you want it to.

And you can experiment with different fuels, either octane or brands, and motor oil.

I found that ENEOS (Nippon) 5W30 worked best for mileage. Good synthetic blend oil.

Plus it's JDM!!! hahahah j/k

I mounted into the pillar cover, used few screws attached to the case so stays nice and sturdy, needed to make a small base with the same shape, I used hard foam to mold the round shape of the plastic cover, removed the 4 cables on the Eco and solder back the 4 tini cables.
I tried in front of the steering but I felt taking my eyes out of the road for more time than when on the pillar.

BTW I noticed my driving habits weren’t that bad but with this thing are getting better

That's what I need to experiment, I also felt some mpg drop when installed the falken 912 and probably my sparks are not that good as before, Know I can track things better.

I was checking my tach reading the not that much difference I have it connected to the green cable
