Would this be possible?

I have the Bulldog Security alarm Model 2030 (don't laugh it's all I could afford) and I would like to know if it would be possible, without running wires all thru my engine bay, to wire it so that when I arm it the head lights blink and if it is tripped the lights will blink and the horn will blow? 2007 3dr Yaris. Can it be done?

yes, all alarm systems are wired in-dash.

Any Idea on how I would go about, (i.e. what wires to splice into ectc), doing this. The alrm itself is kinda lame, it's the talking alarm but also has the "chirp" feature on it.

I just looked at the installation manual for it and would have to say no. It has no outputs, so you would have to modify its internals to do what you want to do, and by the time you do that, you'd just be better of purchasing a better inexpensive alarm.

Any of the lower end DEI products. For example the Python 460HP is only $64:
